This is a good idea (I didn't realize we didn't already allow OXM_*)
but I don't think it goes far enough. I believe that, with this
patch, bits of code other than reg_load will accept OXM field names
but then silently generate bad actions, because they will use
nxm_header blindly without noticing that it is zero.
I've got another approach in mind, so please look over my
