Those two patches attempts to use EEXIST as return error when trying
to add an vport which is actually already in place as the reason to user.
And furthermore, we warn user in any reason other than EEXIST too.
It's not sufficient to update both the userspace and kernel because
there's no requirement that the same versions be paired together.
Therefore, after this patch the kernel won't work with old userspace
versions and userspace will not work with old kernels.
I don't think there is really a good way to solve this but the change
seems mostly aesthetic to me at this point.
