A Debian bug was recently filed against ovsdbmonitor:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=744136I suspect that, if fixed, additional bugs will follow, because ovsdbmonitor was poorly maintained and not widely used, which is why ovsdbmonitor was removed from master.
