The combination works OK here. I use --enable-Werror with clang
routinely.
This is with:
Debian clang version 3.5-1~exp1 (trunk) (based on LLVM 3.5)
Target: i386-pc-linux-gnu
Thread model: posix
I also used it with clang 3.4.
