I'd like to draw the attention of anyone with an out-of-tree ofproto
implementation for Open vSwitch to patches 12 and 13 in this series.
These patches remove the support for asynchronous flow table operations
that ofproto has until now contained. This support was never used by
any public ofproto implementation (nor by any private one that anyone
had ever shown to me) and so it had become unmaintainable technical
debt. If anyone out there was actually using it, please speak up and we
can figure out some alternative means.
