Thanks for yours response.
I added OFPRAW_OFPT13_CACHE, after OFPRAW_NXST_FLOW_MONITOR_REPLY
in enum ofpraw{ }.
Also I added OFPTYPE_CACHE, in the end of enum ofptype{ }.
