I'm very much looking forward to the patches that add net_devices to tunnel vports. I looked at the patches Thomas shared and I think they don't affect this patchset much (some rebasing needed but that's it). Of course, the big advantage is I'll be able to get rid of patch 8, which may not be acceptable for net-next. I don't think it will help with the problems I outlined in the cover letter of the other set, though. Thanks!
