I checked this patch in branch-2.3, and it seems to do what is intended (use ovs-atomic-clang.h if available before checking for ovs-atomic-c11.h). I’m still on GCC 4.7, so for me it is non-trivial to test this on GCC 4.9 at the moment. FWIW, branch-2.3 "make check” passes on both clang 3.5 and GCC 4.7.
