Could you tell me when the attribute OVS_KEY_ATTR_ENCAP will be used? If the packet is 802.1q, then OVS_KEY_ATTR_VLAN will be used to store the vlan tci, so what the OVS_KEY_ATTR_ENCAP is used for?
