I've manually subscribed you, but I believe there are problems with VMware's email servers when handling ovs-dev traffic; we've seen a lot of problems with people subscribing from there. If you still don't see messages, you can try contacting VMware IT (no one's had much luck with that) or subscribe from a different account, such as Gmail.
