not only orga things; community work does not stop, once a project
leaves the incubator;
"decisions" like those in the mentioned commit need to be "approved"
by the community
and not by a single person.

I don't mind to wait on getting an explanation on the WHY of this
behavior. Waiting for the xmas
break to finish is fine w/ me. But I'd like to hear the reasons. I am
not sure if we should also (now)
inform the board on this...

they "belong" to.
