atinject is now on maven.central. The CDI-TCK is also on maven.central, but
sadly there are a few transitive dependencies missing which are only available
in the JBoss repo. Pete is working on this, but we don't think it will be
available in time.
So I did go ahead and moved those <repositories> to webbeans-porting and
webbeans-tck. All other projects are now free of 3rd party repositories!
