this plugin extends the existing resource plugin with the possibility to lookup
ejb's exposed by jee 5 app-servers.
furthermore it uses a fallback which is essential if addons like
http://bitbucket.org/os890/codi-addons/src/3487168ee543/ultra_lite_ejbs/ are
used instead of an ejb container like openejb.
