Ok, I believe this is working now. I was hitting an exception in the
FailOverBag's restore method that was getting silently eaten by an empty catch
block. I've modified the restore method to look up the WebBeansContext again
as that field needs to be trasient.
If you have a chance, please rebuild webbeans-web from trunk and see if it
works for you as well.
