Thanks for doing this! It appears the download link doesn't work. I've had trouble with this myself the couple times I've tried to use the site generating plugin before. I could sometimes get it to work for either relative or absolute URLs, but never both.
At a minimum I think we need to update the site so the download link works, and so that the 1.0 release is in the news. Maybe we can hand edit the download link from the staging location? I think I did that once before, but its been a while.
