Marc,

I am saying tha at: openwebbeans-distribution-1.1.3\samples  there is no 
pom.xml which is referenced from each example:
    <parent>
        <artifactId>samples</artifactId>
        <groupId>org.apache.openwebbeans</groupId>
        <version>1.1.3</version>
        <relativePath>../pom.xml</relativePath>
    </parent> 

C:\Users\ut14568\Documents\Software\openwebbeans-distribution-1.1.3\samples>dir
