currently trying to figure out if this is supposed to be supported in the spec
at all.
The wording is a bit ambiguous. Jozef Harting will test if this works in Weld.
If not, then we don't have any pressure ;)
In any case, you can just lookup the un-parameterized Instance.class or
Provider.class Bean and then just do a select(ProvidedBean.class).get();
Thus I'm downgrading this to a lower prio.
