Not sure, but I suspect this might be in regards to the change in OWB-630, as
this was opened pretty soon after that.
I explained why I made the OWB-630 change as part of that issue, but happy to
discuss further if that would be helpful. I also delivered a unit test that
shows how the existing code was wrong.
