Resolution: Fixed
I've looked at the automatic Filter registration. Looks like this is a
chicken-egg problem. OpenWebBeans is not yet started at the time we need to
register the FailOverFilter.
Thus it's hard to ask OWB for the configuration and better let the user
manually add this feature.
