You can workaround it, in CdiEjbBean replace getCompleteInjectionTarget by 
getInjectionTarget and defineBeanInterceptorStack by:

                AbstractProducer<T> producer = 
(AbstractProducer<T>)bean.getProducer();
                producer.defineInterceptorStack(bean, bean.getAnnotatedType(), 
webBeansContext);
