Our @Specializes code is based on classes and not on AnnotatedTypes.
This means that @Specializes cannot get modified via CDI Extensions.
The code is currently also spread across WebBeansUtil and BeansDeployer. We
should unify this into a single simple source. Even if this means rewriting
most of it.
