cdi-tck 1.2.2-SNAPSHOT

Hi,

i’ve created CDITCK-445 because 1.2.2-SNAPSHOT of cdi-tck is broken caused by a 
NoClassDefFoundError

i’ve checked out the cdi-tck from github to fix further tck-tests and work 
locally with 1.2.2-SNAPSHOT (fixed CDITCK-438)
