For information, repeating qualifiers support has already been implemented in
Weld 3 alpha version as documented in
http://weld.cdi-spec.org/news/2014/10/02/weld-300Alpha1/ since it is likely to
be supported in CDI 2.0.
That'd be preferable to have it enabled, with the proposed warning, before
releasing version {{1.5.0}} as it used to work for version {{1.2.1}} as
reported by [~antoine] in
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1KUaxXIXJ_r-h5UJGIij6I4vrLS7uXkeeeZr2SaRipWQ.
