added a webbeans-se module were we can hack and experiment about this new API
I'm not yet sure how to handle WebBeansFinder and i tried to add a "SE Facade"
to let other impl plug themself behind it without having to reimpl all the API,
I'm not yet sure it will be easy but hope meecrowave could benefit from it and
maybe tomee.
