Mark Struberg reopened MEECROWAVE-65:

While this now works perfectly fine on OSX and Linux it still does not work
well on Windows.
On windows a kill -15 *immediately* kills the binary without any proper
shutdown. Not cool...
We really should use the shutdown port from tomcat in meecrowave.sh stop.
