Some libraries ship a lot of Extensions.
While they implement some ways to disable the functionality, methods like
@Observes ProcessAnnotatedType still will get invoked even if they don't do
anything.
It might be worth having a configuration in openwebbeans.properties to disable
picking up those Extensions.
