If you try to build an Meecrowave Instance with *Meecrowave.Builder#setDir*
you'll get a NullpointerException.
This is because in *Meecrowave:1000 (newBaseDir())* the property *base* is
queried with *.exists()* while this Method is used to initialize the base and
therefore it is null...
At least that's what's happening to me.
