[Meecrowave] Seems "TIP:" doesn't work when we generate our site

Just became aware that TIP: doesn't seem to work in our asciidoc pages.

See http://openwebbeans.apache.org/meecrowave/meecrowave-core/configuration.html

search for "out of the box".

Any way this can be fixed?
