Fix For: 1.2.5
While MW already runs fine with java11 at runtime we still cannot build it due
to some old libs in our build.
* add JAX-WS, activation, etc dependencies which got kicked out of the JRE
* fix some java constructs which got broken by introducing 'var' to Java
* update some libs like groovy, etc
