pushed the change - SPI and constructor, it introduces
InjectionPointService which has 2 configs:

1. the implicitSupport (for qualifier implicitly implying @Inject)
2. delegates configuration of other InjectionPointServices which will
enrich the default service (@PersistenceContext wouldnt need an Extension
adding it as a qualifier then for instance if a
PersistenceContextInjectionPointService is added).

Would be great if it can get some reviews before next release since it is a
quite deep change even if simple technically.
