make the release MW (OWB is not concerned ;)) conditional to the result of
johnzon and use the johnzon staging (in the release manager settings.xml or
local maven repo) to launch it we don't want to wait that much. That said,
happy to wait beginning of next week too, but agree we should include
johnzon upgrade.

Side question: anyone wants to drive one of the two (or both)? (no issue to
do it myself but it is an opportunity to do a release if you want)
