   # What does this PR do?
   
   - Adds GH actions for Java 8 / Java 11 matrix builds
   - Fixes some typos 
   - Conducts several dependency updates:
     - Tomcat 9.0.76
     - Johnzon 1.2.20
     - Log4J2 2.20.0
     - DBCP 2.9.0
     - XBean 4.23
     - Commons CLI 1.5.0
     - JUnit 5.9.3
     - H2 2.2.220
   
   I can create related Jira tickets for each version update, if needed, as 
well :)
