[DISCUSS] release OWB-4.0.3 soonish?

Hi!

Right now I'm working on getting our samples updated from the ancient 
tomcat7-maven-plugin to cargo3.
After that I'd like to roll a release of 4.0.3. Will probably happen at the end 
of the week?

Any things to wait for?
