It is a GET - the reason I used a query parameters is to avoid the
ambiguity between
GET /api/v2/activations/{id} vs /api/v2/activations/{namespace} where the
former is one single activation and the latter is a collection of
activation in a namespace.
Perhaps we can disambiguate by adding a segment after "activations"?
