Hi Rodric, Yes, I had wondered about the specific use cases (route handlers) myself as taken from your presentation. Of course, if there are better use cases relevant to OW, we should use them instead, but thought they were OK as general use cases despite the application to the actual OW code.

Best Practice guide on CWIKI Some of the details on "how" that are specific to route management etc should be removed - as they're no longer relevant and might be confusing to other readers. It might be useful to replace them with concrete example although not entirely necessary given it seems this is a high level doc. -r On Wed, Mar 1, 2017 at 10:53 AM, Matt Rutkowski <[email protected]> wrote: > I took time this morning to develop an initial draft for a set of "best > practices" for developers on our Wiki > (derived from a presentation Rodric presented some time back) > > Here is the link for "Developer Best Practices": > https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/pages/editpage.action?pageId=68717114 > > It includes these topics: > Use small and incremental commits > Use what we build > Test driven development > Do not "clone and own" > > Please feel free to review and comment. > > Kind regards, > Matt Rutkowski > > > >
