Should be equivalent to:
```scala
dnsServers.map(Seq("--dns", _)).flatten
```
(I'd always prefer the more abstract `map` over a relatively lowlevel
`foldLeft`).
Also note that `Array` is a mutable/indexed datastructure, thus it's usage
should be chosen carefully.
