Thanks for setting this up! Note that synchronous meetings in Apache projects MUST be organized so that people can still participate effectively in the project in asynchronous mode and without having OpenWhisk as their full-time job. In other words, no decisions can be made in those meetings and everything important must be reported here. If a video meeting is recorded, I think sending brief timestamped minutes here helps, so that people can watch only the parts that are relevant to them.
