2019-03-01 09:38:40 UTC - Dominic Kim: For those who may face the same issue, 
if I run `./gradlew build -x test` it is resolved. I think this is because 
intelliJ does not fully support scala implicit conversion.
Compilation problem has gone in this way.

provider-alarm-pod.yaml - the initContainer is initialized with the following 
as seen in the screenshot.

I manually cURL the REDINESS_URL and received proper "pong" response.

After inspecting alarm-provider docker file, there is no parameter that is sent 
as input. packages.json and app files are ADDed in the container.

Need help with further debugging!
