the OpenWhisk website builds are still failing to find NPM installed (build 239 logs show same failure when reported the issue for build 237): https://builds.apache.org/view/O/view/OpenWhisk/job/OpenWhisk-website/239/execution/node/9/log/ Is there anything more that can be done on your end to get our node setup with NPM as it was previously?
