Thank you all for the warm words. Actually, 1 hour earlier is enough for me. This is because alternating time may introduce additional complexity in terms of management. Also, attendees can get confused. (I often felt it is cumbersome to remember the different time under a similar situation.) But if there are many people who want that, it would be worth to bear with it.
I would send a poll to see if there are any other people pursuing this as Matt suggested.
