I'd like to make a 1.15.0 release of openwhisk-runtime-go from the current master branch.
The motivation is to make two PRs [1] [2] that were merged since the 1.14.0 release available in released form to the downstream actionloop runtimes (which we would then do a grouped release vote for once they have all been updated to consume the 1.15.0 actionloop).
