FYI, apart from the CI work there is one more PR to get in before the first 
release: https://github.com/apache/openwhisk-wskdebug/pull/12

Also, I suggest to release the next version as 1.2.0. Current latest version is 
1.1.2.

Hi David,

for wskdebug I also enabled the CI "again", using Github actions. We actually 
used Github actions in the past so there was a working config. See this PR in 
my fork [1].

I also added the scancode check and removed the travis.yml. I think it is 
better to have a single CI per repo here. Not sure if Openwhisk has a strict 
policy to only use Travis?

The github actions don't run when I create a PR against the real repo. 
Presumably because they are disabled - could they be enabled?
