I'd like to release package-kafka 2.1.0 and package-alarms 2.2.0 based off the current master branch of the respective projects.
The motivation is to get an official release of these two packages that use the nodejs:10 action kind. This will let us drop nodejs:6 support from openwhisk-deploy-kube's runtime.json. If there are no objections, I will start doing release prep for these two components early next week. --dave
