I observed this once by accident - if stem cells aren’t created initially at invoker startup, ie they fail for whatever reason, then the invokers will operate without them. That is if the pool doesn’t initialize correctly it’s always empty.
Has anyone else encountered this? I will file an issue once I’ve had a chance to investigate further. -r
