2022-07-20 20:33:23 UTC - Brendan Doyle: Hello whiskers, I've created a POEM and initial implementation based on said POEM to support action level concurrency limits within a namespace so users have the ability to control fairness and how much an additional action can scale within their namespace. The feature is optional to use and fully backwards compatible with existing deployments. However for the feature to do anything, you must be migrated to the new scheduler. Any feedback is appreciated!
