All, Now that we've had 1.3 and 1.4 out for a while, I don't think there is any need for the 1.2 release to remain on the Apache distribution site and mirrors. If no one objects, I'll remove it at the end of the week. The bits remain available it just moves it from "stable" to "archived" in our release table (https://orc.apache.org/docs/releases.html#all-releases) and means that the tarball isn't mirrored.
