BTW, for Apache ORC 1.6, it would be great if we can change
`ReaderImpl.java` more like Apache ORC 1.5.
Of course, `ReaderImpl.java` is an implementation class and not an
interface.
For the next 1.6.6 release, I filed a JIRA and made a PR.
