Summary: Make Benchmarks Resilient to ServiceConfigurationError

When any one benchmark fails to initialize, it is currently impossible to run
any benchmark, resulting in a java.util.ServiceConfigurationError. This change
will allow running a non-failing benchmark when irrelevant benchmarks fail to
initialize.
