https://github.com/apache/orc/issues/1532 (Release Apache ORC 1.9.0) Currently, 1.9.0-SNAPSHOT passes all tests of the Apache Spark master branch and succeeds to build and unit tests on most OSes. The current blockers are some failures with Apache Iceberg and a test failure on 'ubuntu20_jdk=11_cc=clang' OS environment. After fixing those issues, I'll start the first RC this week.
