I have checked in the latest mail code with additional attachment and unicode support. The new menu items "i18n Tests" and "Mime Torture Tests" have also been added. As long as
a user does not download non-ascii character set messages everything will work fine. If a character set is present in a message that can not be cast to ascii, the CPIA later will throw
a UnicodeDecodeError, as is not currently handling unicode strings. This is a known issue that will be resolved shortly.
